News and Events Carpentries Instructor Training Certification REANNZ, Genomics Aotearoa and the University of Otago are now accepting applications for the upcoming Carpentries Instructor Training certification workshop. If you are interested in raising digital literacy in Aotearoa New Zealand by running local workshops (wherever you are based nationally), this training is for you! Date: 6 - 9 October, 11am to 3pm NZT Location: Online Deadline to submit interest: Monday, 22 September, 2025. Teach you how to create a positive environment for learners at your workshops. Provide opportunities for you to practice and build your teaching skills. Help you become integrated into the Carpentries community. Prepare you to use these skills in teaching Carpentries workshops.
