Tuesday, October 2010 AM - 3 PM NZDTOnline This is a four hour, hands-on, online introduction to using Mahuika, a High-Performance Computing (HPC) cluster available in REANNZ's HPC Platform. Members of the training team will guide attendees through HPC fundamentals including: How to access the HPC cluster Command line basics Working with a scheduler Accessing software via modules Using resources effectively and responsibly Pre-Requisites This workshop is open to all New Zealand based researchers. You will set up with access to the REANNZ HPC in order to follow along.
