General Counsel
As General Counsel, Jennifer provides strategic legal guidance across REANNZ’s legal and compliance functions, ensuring that REANNZ operates lawfully and with the utmost integrity.
Jennifer brings over 20 years of legal experience to REANNZ, together with extensive experience in regulatory change environments. Prior to joining REANNZ, Jennifer spent several years as a Senior Legal Counsel at the Financial Markets Authority. She also brings her experience of working for leading corporate law firms in the UK, and as a partner in prominent New Zealand law firm.
Jennifer is a keen runner and proud Mother of competitive swimmers.
