Like all critical network infrastructure, KAREN is constantly monitored via a variety of technologies to ensure service levels can be maintained.

The KAREN weathermap shows the availability and capacity of the network.  The data used in the weathermap is the same data that is used in the management and monitoring of the network and is based on a 5 minute polling cycle.
