Recently eight members of the KAREN community were welcomed into the KAREN Awards hall of fame.

KAREN Awards recognise members of the KAREN community who have made an outstanding contribution to the community or who have embraced eResearch.

Recently, eight leading-lights from our community were recognised for their contributions – three receiving a KAREN Champion award, and five a KAREN Enabler award. The KAREN Champion awards were presented by Victoria University of Wellington Assistant Vice-Chancellor (Research), Professor Charles Daugherty, at the Wellington eResearch Symposium on 8 June.
